Chillfiltered.

Old gold with cupper highlights.
Nose:
Sweetened citrus (tangerine, lemon), floral, sherry, toffee.
Palate:
Soft. Marmelade, red fruits, dark chocolat.
Finish:
Sweet and fruity. Dark chocolat, ceder with a touch of malt.

Fruity with leafy (hay like) and bracken aromas. A subtle sherry note develops.
Palate:
Spicy - cinnamon and aniseed. Fruit flavours develop - fresh fruit with a sharp, citrus note. Touch of charred oak.
Finish:
Dry and spicy.
