Nutty and dry. Toasted citrus rind.
Palate:
Panacotta and cheesecake. Rice pudding sprinkled with cinnamon.

Cask nr 15180. Distilled in 1982 and 149 bottles bottled in 2005.
Colour
:
Light amber.
Nose:
Fresh and fruity. Floral with aromas of sherry, nuts and some spices.
Palate:
Medium, sweet aromas, sherry, a touch of pepper, charcoal and aniseed.
Finish:
Fruity and liquorice. Subtle notes of chocolate.

Refill Sherry Hogsheads.

Yellow gold.
Nose:
Closed, some fruit with a nutty (marzipan) edge.
Palate:
Sweet with aromatic flavours (grape stalks and crushed pepper). A fruitiness slowly develops.
Finish:
Dry & spicy.

Golden.
Nose:
Ripe fruits - blackcurrants and brambles, slight vanilla sweetness. Delicate floral note.
Palate:
Rich and fruity with sweet spicy elements - cinnamon, a perfumed edge.
Finish:
Drying with a hint of fruit.
