Convalmore - Natural Cask Strength - 28 year old - 57,9% Distilled in 1977 and bottled in 2005. Limited to 3300 bottles. Colour: Rich deep gold. Nose: Cream soda sweetness punctuated by gluey hints. Palate: Smooth, slightly drying. Hot and a little salty. Pastis. Mint. Finish: Medium long with a touch of smoky menthol in the aftertase. |

Convalmore 1981 - Connoisseurs Choice - 40% Cask: Refill Sherry Casks. Colour: Bright gold. Nose: Sweet, spicy aromas and hints of oak. Some perfumed notes and a little smokiness. Palate: Smoky with dry sherry notes. Green, leafy grass cuttings with a toasted oak element. Finish: Dry - slight smokiness. |

Rare Old - 40% Cask: Refill Sherry Hogsheads. Colour: Golden. Nose: Sweet tropical fruits - pineapple, kiwi fruits and hints of peaches. Cedar wood - cigar boxes, slightly resinous. Palate: Smoky with oak and cedar notes. Some ripe fruit flavours and a green leafy note. Finish: Dry - hint of smoke. |
