Cragganmore - 12 year old - 40% Cask: Sherry. Colour: Gold. Nose: A complex of sweet floral fragrances, riverside herbs and flowers with some honey and vanilla. Palate: A strong malty taste with hints of sweet wood smoke and sandalwood. Finish: A long malt-driven finish with light smoke and hints of sweetness. |

Strength Special Release - 17 year old - 55,5% Distilled in1988 and bottled in 2006. Limited to 5970 bottles.Unchillfiltered. Cask: American oak. Colour: Full gold. Nose: An immediately robust, complex nose of marzipan, coconut and baked apple, then more cinnamon spicy oak and crme brule vanilla. Palate: Medium-bodied, soft and creamy. Spicy-sweet and warming, with fragrant nutmeg and cinnamon, balanced by apple fruit. Finish: A long finish, with smoky fruits and a lingering, pleasing woodiness. |
