DISTILLERY BOTTLINGS

Craigellachie - 14 year old - 40%
Colour:
Old gold.
Nose:
The warm aroma of freshly baked fruit pudding merges seamlessly with a wisp of smoke and a hint of rubber, for a rich and rewarding aroma.
Palate:
A rich malty flavour emerges from this splendidly syrupy palate, with just a sprinkling of crushed hazelnuts.
Finish:
A delightfully long, delicately dry finish, with a suggestion of charred oak.

Craigellachie - Fauna en Flora - 14 year old - 43%
Colour:
Old gold.
Nose:
Some smoke, sweet malt.
Palate:
First sweet and syrupy, then nutty with a lot of fruitiness.
Finish:
Oranges, some smoke, very aromatic and warm.

Bright gold.
Nose:
Slightly earthy, wet grass. Hint of tangerine.
Palate:
Pretty firm and malty. Glucose, lemon, sweet fruits in centre, dry malt on the sides.

Warming. Some oak

Rich and spicy - eucalyptus, treacle. Charred and toasted oak flavours develop.

Bright amber.
Nose:
Sweet, fruity and herbal aromas - appple skins with hints of mint and menthol. Some sherry wood notes also present.

Sweet initially followed by a burst of peat smoke and charred oak. A sweet, malty note and a trace of sherry.
Finish:
Sweet - sherry and dark chocolate.

:
Pale gold.
Nose:
Fruits and spices - apples, raisins and cinnamon. A subtle sherry note with charred oak.
Palate:
Spicy with cereal notes, a little sweetness arrives along with fruitcake and dry grass flavours.
Finish:
Dry - herbal notes.

:
Light amber.
Nose:
Floral with smoky, toasted hints. There are also malty and nutty aromas present.
Palate:
Sweet with the nuttiness continuing. The flavours begin to dry out, leaving grassy/floral notes.
Finish:
Fragrant.
