40% Bottled in 2004. Chillfiltered. Cask: Refill Sherry Casks. Colour: Light gold.. Nose: Spicy with slighty oily notes. A floral pot pourri witha cedar wood edge. Pineapples and kiwi fruit. Palate: Spicy with earth and moss. Rich, fruit flavours develop with a drying smokiness. Finish: Dry with a hint of mustard. |
