Chillfiltered.

Nose:
Sweet, fresh fruits - cherries and plums. Slightly oily with a phenolic, peaty edge. Hints of old mahogany furniture and teak oil.
Palate:
Sweet initially with floral, dry grass flavours. Slightly salty - driftwood. Roasted malt notes and a little peat smoke.
Finish:
Earthy with some peat.

Nose:
Cereal notes with some smoky elements and hints of dry grass.
Palate:
Some sweetness with cereal and tobacco leaf flavours.

Floral & husky.

Refill Sherry Hogsheads.
Colour
:
Orange gold.
Nose:
Rich fruit aromas laced with spices - cloves and cinnamon. Some sweet floral elements - reminiscent of “Edinburgh Rock” and “Odd Fellows”.
Palate:
Charred oak with hints of citrus oils and an almond nuttiness. Floral, fragrant flavours slowly develop.
Finish:
Sherry wood.
