Golden.
Nose:
Sherried and dried fruits - figs and dates. Hint of cereal, malty aroma.
Palate:
Full - oily and smoky, herbal with floral notes. A sweet, rounding fruitiness - sherry and ripe fruits. Touch of dark chocolate.
Finish:
Dry, charred oak.

Cask:
First Fill Sherry Casks.
Colour:
Deep amber.
Nose:
Floral (marshmallows), sweet with vanilla edge. Sherry influence with fruit and slight nuttiness present.
Palate:
Balanced, good whisky flavours. Little smoke, fruit and sherry character.
Finish:
Touch of smoke with sherry wood.

Sweet, scented with strong fruit aromas closed.
Palate:
Rich sherry, traces of dates and figs. A little smokiness and ozone.
Finish:
A little smokiness.

Nose:
Surprisingly fresh, minty and herbal.
Palate:
Lightly syrupy. Texture reminiscent of whipped cream. Rosewater. Sherbet.
Finish:
Distinctly leafy and grassy.
