43% Bottled in 2004. Chillfiltered. Cask: Refill Sherry Butts. Colour: Golden. Nose: Sherried and dried fruits - figs and dates. Hint of cereal, malty aroma. Palate: Full - oily and smoky, herbal with floral notes. A sweet, rounding fruitiness - sherry and ripe fruits. Touch of dark chocolate. Finish: Dry, charred oak. |

Vintage - 40% Cask: First Fill Sherry Casks. Colour: Deep amber. Nose: Floral (marshmallows), sweet with vanilla edge. Sherry influence with fruit and slight nuttiness present. Palate: Balanced, good whisky flavours. Little smoke, fruit and sherry character. Finish: Touch of smoke with sherry wood. |
