Cask Strength - 62,1% Cask: Refill Sherry Hogsheads. Colour: Orange gold. Nose: Sherry notes with an oily (almost rubbery) hint. Some salty/briny aromas balanced by a creamy chocolate edge. Palate: Sweet and salty. Some sherry flavours present. Finish: Slightly oily with the salty edge. |
