Sweet and aromatic. Pralines and orangepeel.
Palate:
Fruity. Toffee.
Finish:
Dry, leaves and a hint of liquorice.

First fill Sherry Butts and Refill Sherry Hogsheads.
Colour:
Golden brown.
Nose:
Fruity with hints of citrus and mulled fruit, with sweet, creamy elements. Touch of toasted malt.
Palate:
Rich fruit with sweet, oaky notes, some pepperiness with floral hints.
Finish:
Short.

Cask:
First Fill Sherry Hogsheads.
Colour:
Deep amber.
Nose:
Sherry and charred barrel oak aromas with hints of lavender and a sweet treacle note.
Palate:
Sweet and spicy notes with sherry fruit flavours with a hint of smokiness.
Finish:
Smoky with sherry hints.

First Fill Sherry Casks.

Dark amber.

Sherry wood with spicy (hessian) aromas and a light floral note.
