Glenesk 1985 - Connoisseurs Choice - 40% Cask: First Fill Sherry Butts. Colour: Chesnut brown. Nose: Rich fruits - dates, figs, sultanas. Nutty, walnuts with a hint of wood oil. Palate: Initially fruit then smoke and peat begin leading onto rich sweet, cream sherry flavours. Finish: Sherry with some smokiness. |

Glenesk 1984 - Connoisseurs Choice - 43% Cask: Refill Sherry Hogsheads. Colour: Pale gold. Nose: Aromatic with peppery and earthy aromas. Traces of dried fruits with smoky (bonfire embers) elements. A little toffee sweetness emerges. Palate: Sweet with smoky notes. Some fruit flavours combined with dry grass and sandalwood. Finish: Fruit elements with drying spicy/smoky edge. |
