- Vintage 1989 - 43% They had lots of the Vintage 1989, over 500,000 bottles - although in the world of malt whisky this is in fact a very small amount. Nonetheless, the 1989 spanned three years and finally became extinct from their warehouses in 2003. Chillfiltered. Colour: Medium golden, clear and bright. Nose: Rich, spicy, fruity, sultanas. Palate: Soft, mellow oak and dried fruits. Finish: Good length, medium sweet. |

Palate: Rich, sweet flavours - sherry, spices earthy/eucalyptus, some menthol and a touch of peat smoke. Finish: Sherry with a hint of peat smoke. |
