Distillery Malt - 40% Cask: Sherry Butts and Refill American Bourbons. Colour: Bright amber. Nose: Sweet & fruity (green apples and ripe bananas) with a slight floral waxiness. Palate: Spicy with earthy notes. A delicate smokiness also present. Finish: Spicy with aniseed notes. |

Distillery Malt - 43% Cask: Sherry Butts and Refill American Bourbons. Colour: Bright amber. Nose: Sweet malt, toasted cereal. Green grass with fruit notes - red apple skins and cherries. Rich spices - traces of ginger. Palate: Sweet and spicy - liquorice and aniseed. Toasted malt flavours develop with a peppery edge. Subtle mulled fruitiness. Finish: Rich fruit with sweet malty note. |

Imperial 1976 - Royal Mile Whiskies - 29 year old -
46,8% Limited to 408 hand-numbered bottles. Distilled on October 8th 1976 from a now-closed distillery. Unchillfiltered. Cask: Refill Sherry Butt. Colour: Nose: Freshly cut hay, pine needles and dusty old floorboards. Green apples. Malty and fresh. With water more tropical fruit character is apparent. Palate: Amazing balance with juicy, soft oakiness alongside crisp fruitiness. A long malty finish and the faintest thread of woodsmoke in the distance. Finish: Long and malty. |
