Refill Bourbon Barrels.
Colour:
Light straw.
Nose:
Soft fruits - peaches and strawberries. Subtle spices and a malty note. A rounding vanilla sweetness.
Palate:
Spicy with hints of cedar wood and white pepper. Some fragrant/floral flavours develop. Drying.
Finish:
Subtle hints of fruit and spices.

:
White wine.
Nose:
Citrus and ripe fruit aromas with sweet malty, cereal hints. A touch of vanilla.
Palate:
Creamy with vanilla notes, hint of coconut and milk chocolate.
Finish:
Delicate with slight nuttiness.

:
White wine.
Nose:
Fragrant with floral and leafy notes. There is also a spicy element, peppery and cedar wood. Subtle fruitiness - pear drops.
Palate:
Dry, toasted and spicy. Hints of grape stalks and crushed pepper corns.
Finish:
Dry, touch of dried tobacco.
