DISTILLERY BOTTLINGS

Knockando - 12 year old - 40%
Chillfiltered.
Colour:
Pale gold.
Nose:
Sweet and aromatic, with light nutty notes.
Palate:
Delicate, soft and fruity with a hint of almonds.
Finish:
Smooth, toffee and creamy notes, becoming dryer.
 

Knockando - 18 year old - 43%
Cask:
Sherry.
Colour:
Pale amber.
Nose:

Palate:
Pleasant to drink straight - sweet, with deeper almond notes, hints of sherry and light oak, some malty flavours. With a little water (not too much) still sweet and mouth-filling; some digestive biscuits.
Finish:
Medium length. Warm and smooth.

Full honey.
Nose:

Palate:
Soft, smooth and very rich. Oak and almond notes with a hint of strawberry and velvety fruit.
Finish:
Intense, with a hint of oak, lightly fruity and peaty.
