Palate: Peppery and warming. Sherry and oak flavours - toasted. Some malty notes with a green (cooking) apples finish. Finish: A developing fruitiness. |

Nose: Rich sherry aroma with a distinct phenolic note, fruity notes present - bruised apples and ripe bananas. Some oak notes on the edge. Palate: Very smoky and spicy initially fruitiness begins with sherry notes and maraschino cherries. The sherrywood influence lingers. Finish: Sherry wood with a smoky edge. |
