Longmorn - 15 year old - 45%
Chillfiltered.
Colour
:
Bright gold.
Nose:
Smooth, rich and elegant. Fruity weight: semi-dried soft fruits (peach), fresh cherry, toffee, tea leaf, pecan, toasted nut. Superb balance.
Palate:
Ripe. Clootie dumpling mix, damson, cinnamon dusted on top of rich honeyed soft fruit. Light wood oils. Packed with flavour.
Finish:
Long, ripe, dark fruits.

Longmorn - Distillery Malt - 12 year old 40%
Cask:
First Fill and Refill Sherry Casks.
Colour:
Golden.
Nose:
Sherry and fruit aromas - stewed rhubarb with a slight hint of charred wood.
Palate:
Fruity with a delicate sweetness. A nutty element also present.
Finish:
Medium and sweet.

Cask:
First Fill and Refill Sherry Casks.
Colour:
Rich golden brown.
Nose:
Sherry wood with traces of menthol and hessian. Some green, herbal aromas and a little smokiness.
Palate:
Sherry wood with sweet treacle flavours and a gentle smokiness.
Finish:
Touch of sherry, smoke and oak.
  Longmorn 1973 - Cask Strength54%
Cask:
First Fill Sherry Butt.
Colour:
Deep golden amber.
Nose:
Rich fruit cake, with dry smoke edge. Malty notes poking through.
Palate:
Mouth warming and smooth. Chewy fruits, tropical (mango).
Finish:
Long, with tropical fruits dancing around all corners of the mouth.

Cask:
First Fill Sherry Butt.
Colour:
Orange brown.
Nose:
Rich, mulled fruits, menthol and eucalyptus elements. Sweet spices - liquorice and aniseed.
Palate:
Smoky with sweet treacle toffee flavours. Dried fruits - sultanas and figs. Hints of aniseed and cinnamon.
Finish:
Sherry with a smoky edge.

Cask:
First Fill and Refill Sherry Casks.
Colour:
Deep gold.
Nose:
Sweet, fruity - sherry with dried fruits - sultanas and raisins. Slightly herbal - menthol with charred oak aromas.
Palate:
Sweet, herbal (eucalyptus) with sherry elements developing and some dark chocolate flavours.
Finish:
Subtle - a little sherry wood and smoke.

Cask:
Refill Sherry Hogsheads.
Colour:
Yellow Gold.
Nose:
Fruity and floral aromas with spicy notes with a touch of toffee apples.
Palate:
Sweet initially with smoky notes and hints of green grass and leaves.
Finish:
Almost perfumed.

Longmorn 1963 - Rare Vintage40%
Cask:
First Fill Sherry Butts.
Colour:
Golden Brown.
Nose:
Closed sherry wood aromas with treacle toffee notes and a touch of smoke.
Palate:
Smoky with sweet sherry notes. Begins to dry out leaving oak and spicy flavours.
Finish:
Sherry with a burnt edge.
