Colour:
Rich amber.
Nose:
Sherry, smoke and peat.
Palate:
Sherry, smoke, peat, juicy, a little fruity and assertive.
Finish:
Dry and long.

Mortlach - Distillery Malt - 15 year old - 40%

First Fill and Refill Sherry Casks.
Colour:
Rich amber.
Nose:
Mulled fruit with cereal/oatmeal aromas. Subtle floral (geranium) hints.
Palate:
Sweet sherry wood with rich fruit flavours and a spicy, treacle note.
Finish:
Sherry wood.

Bright gold.
Nose:
Clean with fruit notes - pear drops and caramel aromas.
Palate:
Rich, smoky with sherry wood elements. Drying with fruit and oak flavours.

Sherry wood with a delicate floral edge.

Deep gold.
Nose:
Sherrywood with hints of lavender and developing fruity aromas - bruised apples.
Palate:
Fruity flavours turning dry and smoky - ashy, burnt wood. Sherrywood present as before.
Finish:
Charred wood.

Sweet, sherry aromas with green fruits - apples and gooseberries. A slight fragrant note, dry grass.
Palate:
Sweet sherry with intense fruit and chocolate flavours, spicy elements - aniseed, cinnamon.

Sherrywood.

First fill and refill sherry butts.

Golden brown.
Nose:
Sherry with fruity elements - soft fruits & wine gums. Slight sweet, liquorice note.
Palate:
Rich sherrywood, spices - treacle and a touch of smoke.
Finish:
Spices and sherry.

Colour:
Deep brown with orange hint.
Nose:
Strong, powerful sherry aromas - oak, hessian, hints of lavender and burnt fruits. Touch of creme brulee.
Palate:
Sweet, sherry, resinous, bonfire ember, caramelised fruit, teak oil and oak flavours burst onto the palate - mellowing to sherry with sweet, chocolate notes.

Sherry wood.

Sweet, rich sherry with hints of fresh fruit salad - strawberries, melon and apple. Trace of oak with spices also evident.

Sherry wood with some root ginger. Some peppery elements combine with a hint of bonfire ash.
Finish:
Sherry with a hint of smoke.
