Sherry, smoke and peat.
Palate:
Sherry, smoke, peat, juicy, a little fruity and assertive.
Finish:
Dry and long.

Nose:
Mulled fruit with cereal/oatmeal aromas. Subtle floral (geranium) hints.
Palate:
Sweet sherry wood with rich fruit flavours and a spicy, treacle note.
Finish:
Sherry wood.

Clean with fruit notes - pear drops and caramel aromas.

Sherrywood with hints of lavender and developing fruity aromas - bruised apples.
Palate:
Fruity flavours turning dry and smoky - ashy, burnt wood. Sherrywood present as before.

Charred wood.

Sweet, sherry aromas with green fruits - apples and gooseberries. A slight fragrant note, dry grass.

Nose:
Sherry with fruity elements - soft fruits & wine gums. Slight sweet, liquorice note.

Deep brown with orange hint.
Nose:
Strong, powerful sherry aromas - oak, hessian, hints of lavender and burnt fruits. Touch of creme brulee.
Palate:
Sweet, sherry, resinous, bonfire ember, caramelised fruit, teak oil and oak flavours burst onto the palate - mellowing to sherry with sweet, chocolate notes.

Sherry wood.

Sherry with a hint of smoke.
