This is a special limited edition of 600 bottles to celebrate the restoration of Strathisla Distillery on the 9th May, 1995.

Nose:
Sherry wood, hints of treacle and liquorice, some earthy charred oak notes.
Palate:
Rich sherry wood character. Mulled fruits and Christmas pudding. Hints of rum and raisin toffees.
Finish:
Charred oak with floral elements.

Colour:
Dark gold.
Nose:
Sherry wood with ripe fruit - apples, pears. Hints of toasted malt with some leather and hessian. A touch of heather honey.
Palate:
Smoky with rich sherry elements. Earthy and spicy with moss and other green leaf notes.
Finish:
Slightly dry with hints of sherry.

Rich fruit with sweet, caramel edge. Some smoky, burnt wood aromas.

Fruit - orange peel with tobacco/leather note.

treacle toffee sweetness.
Finish:
Charred oak with a subtle sherry edge.

Closed - hints of sherry, treacle toffee and a hint of cloves.

Smoky with rich sherry notes, cinnamon/aniseed also present.

Nose:
Sweet, slight hessian note, touch of camphor. Resinous - sherry aromas. Nutty, rum and raisin toffees.

Rich, fruitiness - mature marmalade, citrus peel. Traces of smoke and charred oak.
Finish:
Rich, sherry and a touch of smoke.

Sherrywood, floral (lavender) and fruity - bananas with developing smoky aromas.

Sweet, soft fruits - brambles and blackcurrents. Hints of menthol and spearmint with toasted oak aromas.
Palate:
Rich, sherrywood with treacle and spices - aniseed and cinnamon. Drying, smoky edge.

Sweet, sherrywood.

Nose:
Sherry wood, resinous, touch of green grass (leafy).
Palate:
Incredibly sweet, vanilla ice cream, followed by citrus fruits & spices (eucalyptus).

Touch sherry with hints of smokiness.

Nose:
Sherry with sweet vanilla notes. Aromatic - cut grass and leafy aromas.
Palate:

Lasting with sherry wood flavours.
