	Tamdhu - MacPhail's Collection - 8 year old - 40% Cask: Refill Sherry Casks. Colour: Golden Yellow. Nose: Citrus fruits - limes/grapefruit with fragrant notes. Hints of sweetness - vanilla. Palate: Malty with hints of cedar wood. Sweetness still evident. Finish: Smooth, slightly drying.
	Tamdhu - MacPhail's Collection - 30 year old - 43% Cask: First Fill Sherry Hogsheads. Colour: Golden brown. Nose: Rich, fruity character with floral notes. Palate: Spices initially - peppery with a toffee sweetness developing. Finish: Lingering.
	Tamdhu 1966 - MacPhail's Collection - 43% Cask: Refill Sherry Hogsheads. Colour: Golden. Nose: Sweet sherry, waxed oak and spices - cinnamon and orange zest. Hint of charred wood and creme brulee. Palate: Sweet sherry with ripe fruits - banana (banoffee pie) and peaches. A subtle smokiness on the edge. Finish: Sherry with traces of dark chocolate.
	Tamdhu 1961- Rare Old - 40% Cask: First Fill Sherry Hogsheads. Colour: Reddy brown. Nose: Sherry notes - bruised apples, sweet spicy notes. Palate: Hints of smoke initially, with sweet, mulled fruit and a nutty oiliness. Finish: Fruit - apples.
