- MacPhail's Collection - 43% Cask: Refill Sherry Hogsheads. Colour: Golden. Nose: Sweet sherry, waxed oak and spices - cinnamon and orange zest. Hint of charred wood and creme brulee. Palate: Sweet sherry with ripe fruits - banana (banoffee pie) and peaches. A subtle smokiness on the edge. Finish: Sherry with traces of dark chocolate. |
