Fresh, fruity with tones of apples and smoke.
Palate:
Sweet and dry. Fruity, leaves, some peat and very appetizing.
Finish:
Spicy and round.

Perfumed, sandelwood, incense and vanilla.
Palate:
Sugared almond.

Nose:
Sweet, sherry with herbal notes - cut grass and bracken. Some rich fruit cake notes - Christmas pudding with a hint of brandy.
Palate:
Spicy with hints of menthol and eucalyptus. Some sherry sweetness with a charred oak edge.
Finish:
Sherry and spices.
