Tomintoul - 10 year old - 40% Colour: Rich, amber, golden colour. Nose: Medium weight malty nose with some biscuity sweetness, hints of cinnamon and mixed spice. Quite soft and gentle. Palate: Round, soft, gentle and smooth. Malty with some biscuit sweetness. Medium weight. Elegant and fine. Finish: Long elegant finish. |

Rare Old - 40% Cask: First Fill Sherry Butt. Colour: Rich, orange - brown. Nose: Sherry with red berry fruit notes. Some sweet, treacle toffee aromas and a rich, earthy peaty note. Palate: Sweet sherry with an initial pepperiness, fudge and soft fruit elements develop. A delicate smokiness. Finish: Lasting, sherry and a touch of peat smoke. |
